Profound Processors Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001:2015 company was founded in 2017 and commercial production in 2018 with an activity of recycling all types HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE waste and later in a year with the Manufacturing of Agri-Films.
We followed certain Standards in recycling where the Actual recycled Material resembles the Virgin Material and it easily blends with the Virgin Material during the Process of Mixing and Manufacturing of our customers. The Recycled Material test was performed using 100% of the Material during the HDPE Pipe Manufacturing Process and the outcome was success without Quality Issues.
Our Recycling Process is advanced with an automated Machine where 2 people require in total to run the Machine from basic Shredding till Packaging activity.
Secondly, Agri film Manufacturing and Innovation in Pre-punched Hole System along with the length Count Identification is our extra strength to the Company.
Working closely to the Farmer needs and bringing a value addition to each product every year and to bring the Plasticulture environment by adding more new useful products is the prime Motto of our Company.
